Interplay Theatre is recruiting TRUSTEES This is a voluntary position. Role Description • Be familiar with the governing document and the law as it applies to our organisation, and act accordingly. • Declare and manage conflicts of interest effectively. • Understand and respect the importance of confidentiality. • Get to know the organisation and its context within the arts, community, and geographical environment. Contribute to the strategic direction to the Charity. Play a full and active part in Board meetings.
