Interplay Theatre is recruiting a new Executive Producer.
Working in partnership and strategically with the Artistic Director, the Executive Producer will lead operations and the financial strategy of the organisation. As a key senior manager in a small, dynamic arts organisation with a national and local remit, the post-holder will lead the Company organisationally playing a pivotal role in the strategic planning and development of the Company. The Executive Producer will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational functions including finance, HR, marketing, national touring, and building management.
