LS12 Creative: Youth Theatre

Interplay Theatre2025-08-20T14:11:47+01:00

We grateful to the following project funders:

LS12 Creative: Youth Theatre

We hold a free inclusive Youth Theatre which runs Thursday evenings during term time. Interplay Youth Theatre is run by Associate Artist: Youth & Communities, Lizzy, other local artists, and professionals and is supported by our Artistic Director, Kirsty.

Young people will develop performance skills, theatre techniques, confidence and meet likeminded people. Making creative work that represents their lives, their stories, and their interests in a supportive and fun group environment.

A standard youth theatre session includes a warmup activity, skills development, and a creative task which are tailored to the terms theme. Participants will be able to watch performances by visiting companies and take part in sharing’s of their own work in our beautiful theatre space.
