What people say
“The students have been able to explore a myriad of dramatic techniques and delve into the depths of their own imagination.”
Performing Arts Teacher at Dixon’s Unity Academy
“I just wanted to say a big thank you again for taking the time to come and deliver the Drama sessions for our young people, they got so much out of it.”

Day of drama workshops on offer are:
Drift Creative Workshops
When a glitch in the system, transports us to a new interface…
A video game inspired drama workshop based on Interplay Theatre’s new production Drift where we will explore old arcade games and weave together a story to share at the end of the session.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Come and explore all things sweet with our Charlie and the Chocolate Factory inspired drama workshop. Together we will explore different elements of the classic tale with a modern spin to create a story to share at the end of the session.
The Power
A superhero hero inspired day of drama. Weave together a story to share at the end of the day. Think Marvel meets Stranger Things, when a character holds a superpower, what happens to everyone else?
Day of Dance workshops on offer are:
My Life with the Wave
Taking inspiration from being by the sea and our previous Sensory Theatre show, we will come together to explore improvised movement, set choreography, and create our own seaside sequences.
One off Workshops on offer are:
Intro to Sensory Theatre
Dive into the world of Sensory Theatre and explore how we can tell stories though the senses. Take inspiration from previous Interplay Theatre Productions, this workshop will give participants a whistle stop tour into how interplay makes theatre and how we can make storytelling accessible to all.
